Cuyahoga SWCD is proud to present:
KATIE SPOTZ
ROW FOR WATER

After 70 days alone at sea, 22
year-old Katie Spotz became the youngest person ever to row an ocean
solo. No stranger to overcoming challenges, Katie has run across
deserts, cycled across America, and is the first person to swim the
325-mile Allegheny River. As part of the challenge, Katie partnered
with the Blue Planet Network to help the billion people gain access
to safe drinking water for life. To date, Katie has raised over $100,000 for safe drinking water projects.
Katie partnered with
Blue
Planet Network to help raise funds for sustainable safe drinking
water projects all over the world. Unsafe drinking water is the
leading cause of sickness, disease and death worldwide — but it's a
problem that, working together, we can solve.
