This is a GREAT Eagle Scout Project Idea!!
Cuyahoga SWCD has created a general outline for organizing a stream clean-up including points to remember like getting permission and waiver forms. If you organize a clean-up, the District will gladly put the information on this website. We'll post your flyer, a quick results report about what you found and how many people helped and pictures. Participate in a Stream Clean-Up

Many local environmental groups sponsor stream clean-ups in the Northeast Ohio area. Watch your newspapers for dates, times and locations. Cuyahoga Soil and Water organizes stream clean-ups on an annual basis. Every Spring, look on this site for information about the Rocky River Watershed Clean-up in May and the Big Creek Watershed Clean-up in June!
