Communities with municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4s) are required by their Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) permit to ensure that post-construction stormwater control measures (SCMs) like basins, permeable pavement, green roofs, and bioretention, function in perpetuity.
