Greenwood Farm Workday at the Park

When: August 22 from 9:00am - 12:00pm

Bring your gardening gloves, face masks and a smile to help us keep this beautiful Richmond Heights park alive and vibrant.

A collaborative effort by Richmond Heights Kiwanis Members, Greenwood Farm Board and Co-Hosted by the Euclid Creek Watershed Council, Friends of Euclid Creek and The Cuyahoga Soil & Water Conservation District to help keep this city owned park beautiful. Be prepared to work in sunlight and get dirty. Dress for the weather. We suggest wearing long sleeves, pants, boots or closed toe work shoes. Bring your own; water and gloves.

All volunteers will be asked to complete a waiver. Waivers will be provided upon arrival..

Come and learn how to enrich your environment, community and our watersheds.

A variety of tasks are available to work on; weeding, picking up trash, laying down mulch (when available), removing invasive plants, planting.

We have tools for you to use, however if you prefer, you may bring your own.

Feel free to pack a lunch or snack to enjoy at the beautiful and shaded outdoor picnic area.

Limit of 10 volunteers.
