Let's continue our 15-year anniversary of Friends of Euclid Creek by joining us for the second hike in our series of Fifteen Miles with Friends. We will hike two miles in the Euclid Creek watershed at the Cleveland Clinic Lyndhurst Campus this coming up Saturday, June 18. The Cleveland Clinic Lyndhurst Campus is located next to Legacy Village. Many of us will recall this property as the former TRW Headquarters.
When: June 18 from 9:30 am - 11:00 am
Where: Cleveland Clinic - Lyndhurst Campus, 1950 Richmond Road Lyndhurst, OH 44124
Hike difficulty: flat, gravel trail and paved hilly portions, moderate pace.
Parking: Due to a road resurfacing project at the facility, parking will be limited. Once you have past the guard shack, take the drive to the left. Park on the grass next to the drive. The hike will start where the drive and Euclid Creek intersect, at the grassy area.
This is the perfect opportunity to get out and explore the Euclid Creek Watershed on private property. Property that is part of FOEC's history and part of FOEC's future.
