RFQ Issued for West Branch Euclid Creek-Mayfield Campus Stream Restoration Design project

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)

Pursuant to ORC 940, Cuyahoga Soil and Water Conservation District (CSWCD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ), and intends to contract for design and engineering services for the West Branch Euclid Creek-Mayfield Campus Stream Restoration project that is being funded by an award through a United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) Great Lakes Restoration Initiative (GLRI) grant through the Ohio Lake Erie Commission (OLEC). The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and additional information are available at www.cuyahogaswcd.org/news. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site walk-through is scheduled for November 15th at 3:30pm at the Mayfield Campus Golf Course Pro Shop - 1545 Sheridan Road · South Euclid, OH 44121. SOQ will be received at the Cuyahoga Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD), 3311 Perkins Ave., Suite 100, Cleveland, Ohio 44114 or electronically at ehiser@cuyahogaswcd.org until 4:00 pm (local time), November 22, 2019. All inquiries or other communications regarding this RFQ shall be exclusively directed to Elizabeth Hiser via email at ehiser@cuyahogaswcd.org.

11/5/2019 - An addendum has been added to the end of the RFQ to address questions received.

11/13/2019 - The addendum at the end of the RFQ has been updated to reflect answers to new questions received.
