Lyndhurst ParkPoolPlayground Pavilion
Did you know that Lyndhurst has lost some of its tree canopy in recent years? We’d like to reverse that!
This event will teach you about native trees, what species might work on your property, and how to plant and care for these trees. Participants will go home with a free tree!
We will have a variety of species on hand, first come first served. This event prioritizes Lyndhurst residents. If you live elsewhere and register, you will be put on a waitlist until registration closes. You will be notified during the week of September 15th on waitlist status.
We anticipate having trees in gallon size containers, ranging from 1-4 feet tall.
The Lyndhurst Park Pool/Playground is an ADA accessible facility. If you have any concerns or questions about how accessible this program is for you, please contact Kate at [email protected] or 216/503-1257.
Parking can be accessed from Rae Road. There is ample, free vehicle parking on site.
RTA bus route 9 has stops nearby including Mayfield Road and Irene Road, approximately 0.3 miles from the park.
