Healthy Urban Tree Canopy Program - PY2026 Project Application

List all Census Tracts where project activities will occur. Please consult the Applicant Manual for instructions for determining Census Tract information.
Use the Canopy cover for the census tract where the project is located. If the project covers multiple census tracts, use the average of those tracts. If the project encompasses an entire community, use the canopy cover % for the community as a whole. Please consult the Applicant Manual for instructions for determining tree canopy cover.

Please consult the Applicant Manual for instructions for determining if your project is located in an Equity Zone.
Please list and provide links to the community's and/or organization's Urban Forestry plans and related ordinances. This may also include inventories, tree protection ordinances, Tree Commission documents - anything that tells the story of urban forestry in the community or organization.
Please describe your project goals, requirements, and any specific details. Be sure to include partners and to discuss the overall community and environmental impact.
Project location maps should depict the locations where project activities will occur and include nearby streets or other relevant landmarks. Additionally, maps showing tree canopy cover and Equity Zones for the project area created using the Cuyahoga County Greenprint Explorer are required.
