2025 Board of Supervisors Election Absentee Ballot Request Form

To be eligible to vote in the Supervisor Election, you must either be resident of Cuyahoga County or own land in Cuyahoga County (or both).

Ballots will be mailed out within 2 business days of recipt of the absentee ballot request. 

Please select one or both checkboxes below to indicate your eligibility and click ” Add to Cart” to request an Absentee Ballot. Ballots and instructions will be mailed to your postal address. To be counted, absentee ballots must be recieved at the Cuyahoga SWCD office by 4:30pm on October 17, 2025.
