Cuyahoga Soil & Water Conservation District (SWCD) is seeking a qualified Marketing & Communications team (Contractor) to lead a brand refresh, website redesign, and campaign creation for Cuyahoga SWCD’s 75th Anniversary celebration. This project is funded through Cuyahoga SWCD’s Special Fund and all contracts/agreements will require approval from Cuyahoga SWCD’s board of supervisors prior to execution. The purpose of this request for proposals (RFP) is to identify a Contractor that can best meet the scope requirements within the anticipated budget for the project. The intention of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation for all candidates, and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria against which they will be judged.

The total maximum cost/price for performance under this contract is $125,000.00. This maximum amount of $125,000.00 shall not be exceeded under any circumstances unless written authorization is obtained from Cuyahoga SWCD.
Contractors may provide discussion and comment on alternative approaches to achieve the desired objectives for this project, and to propose alternate and/or complimentary tasks to complete the project more effectively or economically.
